It’s no wonder Facebook is among the usual first outlets we use when seeking out something new. Put out a status update to the effect of “Hey, anyone know of a good so-and-so” and watch the replies come flooding in. People are very eager to share their hidden gems. Whether it’s a cleaning service or a dentist, people look to their inner circle when seeing out new products or services. We owe it to ourselves and our business to make sure we keep the referral networks alive and prosperous.
